This project, a first of its kind for me, holds immense personal significance. Contributing to a platform that empowers individuals to proactively address their mental health through early risk identification and take action is incredibly rewarding. As Plunoh's UX/UI designer, I crafted intuitive interfaces and a seamless user experience, guiding users towards self-awareness intervention.

I designed a homepage that instantly conveys the platform's mission. The hero section captivates visitors with a video, social proof testimonials, and a convenient WhatsApp button. Throughout the page, intuitive guidance leads users on a journey towards getting started, while reassuring them with the knowledge of a dedicated team of professionals ready to lend a helping hand.
I crafted an "About Us" page that solidifies Plunoh's value proposition. It clearly details the platform's benefits and breaks down its functionality in an easy-to-digest way. To further empower users, I integrated a seamless WhatsApp automated emotional support chat call to action, providing immediate guidance and support.
Through iterative design, I crafted a user flow empowering individuals to tackle diverse mental health concerns via a comprehensive test. Rest pages provide relevant platform information and showcase social proof, building trust and engagement. Finally, a “generating results” page is shown for feedback purposes.
As the culmination of the user analysis, I meticulously crafted this page to serve two critical purposes: clearly present test results and inspire a seamless transition to personalized support via WhatsApp. By connecting users directly with mental health specialists, this page empowers them to take informed action towards well-being.
