Overview

I collaborated with a talented team at Dropi, a premier dropshipping company and a major startup in Latin America, handling over 1 million monthly orders and serving thousands of active users. My role focused on enhancing key elements of the platform, including the Chatcenter WhatsApp multi-agent system, significantly advancing customer service capabilities for hundreds of business.

A Glimpse Inside Dropi

Collaborating with the marketing team, I spearheaded the website's redesign, a strategic move to enhance the company's brand and facilitate its international growth. In line with the company's needs, I executed this redesign on WordPress, significantly simplifying the process for the marketing team to swiftly and efficiently make on-the-fly updates.

Dropi's edge over competitors lies in its vast array of suppliers and products, presenting a complexity for dropshippers in navigation. I was tasked with the critical challenge of redesigning both the product exploration section of the admin panel and the product detail view, yielding highly positive outcomes.

Armed with insights from surveys and inputs from the commercial and marketing team leaders, I introduced a frictionless registration flow. This new method is not only visually appealing but also more user-friendly, incorporating a segmentation process to distinguish dropshippers, entrepreneurs, and suppliers. Additionally, the login page was refined to ensure a cohesive and improved user experience.

A crucial aspect of Dropi's platform is the automation panel, designed to help dropshippers reduce product returns. My task involved enhancing this tool's usability while carefully preserving the original code-based workflow. After the implementation, there was a notable decrease in user inquiries regarding the tool's usage, demonstrating the effectiveness of these improvements.

At Dropi, I played a pivotal role in developing "Chatcenter," a multi-agent WhatsApp chat platform essential for dropshippers and suppliers. My contributions included designing and developing innovative features for this platform, enhancing customer service capabilities with advanced filters, voice notes, calls, order management, and integrated CRM functionalities.

Chatcenter seamlessly integrates with the Dropi API, linking platform orders directly into customer conversations. I revamped its design to prominently display order details, a change that was highly praised by the users. This structured presentation of order information significantly cuts down the time spent on searching for essential customer support data, enhancing efficiency.
